Meet Chef Susie M. Reiter
Prior to completing the professional culinary program at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin, Susie earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her certificate from Stanford Center, Health Education in Nutrition, Stanford University. Her decision to pursue a longtime passion for the culinary arts led to a position as a culinary instructor at Lake Austin Spa and Resort and at the Teaching Kitchen at Google in Austin, Texas. Susie has prepared food for Michelle Obama and has worked with celebrity chef Sarah Moulton from WeekNight Meals on PBS, New York Times Wine Reviewer, Eric Asimer, Award Winning Cookbook Author, Sandra Gutierrez and celebrity, Camila Alves. Susie serves her community by volunteering at Community First Village and founded the North Austin Chapter of the National Charity League, Inc.
