Huevos con Choizo
Huevos con Chorizo has been a beloved staple in my family for years. Huevos con Chorizo
Ingredients:
- 1 12 oz. Chorizo (Pork or Beef), casing removed
- 6 eggs, scrambled
- Your preferred cheese
- Tortillas of your choice
- Salsa of your choice
Instructions:
- Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Once it's hot, add the chorizo, breaking it up with the back of a spoon. Cook the chorizo until it resembles ground beef, about 5-7 minutes. If there's excess fat, consider draining it.
- Add the scrambled eggs to the chorizo and cook until the eggs are fully done.
- Serve this delightful concoction on a warm tortilla, with your favorite cheese and salsa. Enjoy!"
