Street Tacos with Homemade Guajillo Sauce and Corn Tortillas

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Suz, you’ll learn impressive knife skills as you create homemade guacamole and pico de gallo. Learn the steps on how to make an impressive guajillo sauce to accompany the tacos. Not only will you learn how to create the toppings and sauces, you’ll also discover the secrets to delicious homemade corn tortillas.

Using authentic ingredients such as guajillo and ancho chile, cotija cheese and plenty of cilantro, you’ll construct flavorful, timeless braised chicken street tacos. Then, for dessert, Chef Suz will show you a healthy take on creamy chocolate mousse made with avocados, oranges and a dash of cinnamon.  

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
